Dear Euromedia'98 author,

We congratulate you with the acceptance of your paper submission as an extended paper, after rigorous reviewing by the Program Committee. Enclosed you will find the author kit for preparing your final paper for the 1998 Euromedia Conference. Please note the paper submission deadline which is December 5^th , 1997. This is a hard deadline, and the papers received after that date cannot be included in the Conference Proceedings and on the CD-Rom.

The general and detailed comments, if any, of the separate referees, are enclosed with this author kit. The comments are presented in their own words, and it might be possible that they did not fully understand your submitted paper because of differences in interest or opinion. Please, incorporate the comments in your full paper as much as possible, in order to improve the quality of your paper and therewith the quality of the Proceedings and the conference. The Program Committee will judge the final papers as well.

As we also produce the Proceedings on CD-Rom, we would also like to receive, next to the printed version, your full paper on floppy disk or by email in the following 2 formats

• 1 version uuencoded postscript in zipped format.
• If necessary, a version on one of the following IBM compatible (*) formats: MS-Word for Windows(*), WP for Windows(*), or LaTex
• And your paper title, authors' names, keywords and biography in ascii format (by e-mail to SCS Europe Office)

Even if you send your paper electronically, do send one printed version by normal mail, in case of possible mishaps. Also let me know if you want a CD version of the Proceedings or a printed version.
