Authors notification: around March 15th
Camera ready, registration and payment has to be all done by April 9th – no exceptions
The PDF-File of our 2025 full proceedings will be ONLINE a couple weeks before the conference –
link will be published and sent to all authors.
PRINTED proceedings need to be paid for, 60€/each, on the payment page.
In order to have them available at the conference desk, please state your ordered number at the end of the registration page.

Due to the current global situation, visitors who are unable to enter Poland will be given the opportunity to present a paper online.
