In last years telecommunications belongs to most important and fastest developing branches of technology. Our time is called information era and it means that access to information is a deceisive factor in human relationships and business development. Fast access to information and as fast as possible information transfer is the target of telecommunications now. Information is transmitted in fast growing percentage in digital form. Transfer of data already now in some regions is as big as voice transmission and there are forecasts that in two-three years in majority of developed countries data transmission will be prevailing. Digital TV is just round the corner. It causes much interest in simulation research of telecommunications traffic and networks construction. Therefore papers are invited in following topics:
