Important Guidelines for submitting your FINAL paper

!! Papers that do not meet these guidelines can not be published !!

Please read the following agreement before submitting a final paper:

With submitting a final paper to ECMS, the author/s states that this work has not been previously published elsewhere, or, if it has, that he has obtained permission for its publication by ECMS or its appointed agent.
The author exclusively transfers to European Council for Modelling and Simulation all rights granted to him/her by the copyright laws of United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and other countries.
After this work has been published by ECMS the author/s retains the right to republish it in whole or in part in any book of which he/she is an author or editor and to make personal use of this work in lectures, courses, or otherwise by mentioning ECMS copyright.

Due to the current global situation, visitors who are unable to enter Poland will be given the opportunity to present a paper online.

offers each paper as a PDF file with the copyright footprint on first page – this version may be used for further publication of the author/s.

With submitting a final paper you ensure that at least ONE AUTHOR will take part at the conference and present the paper !

TRACK* please check our TRACK -webpage and choose the main topic your paper shall be reviewed in and being presented in case of acceptance.

With AI being used more often ECMS 2024 for the first time is asking you to please fill in and submit
a special form stating any use of AI while preparing your paper. The form can be downloaded and filled in directly via
confmaster on the submission page. In case you don’t have a digital signature yet the form will lead you to creating one.
The AI Form maybe changed and uploaded the same way as you can upload a changed version of your paper.

After your paper AND your AI Form got uploaded successfully you and your co-authors will receive a confirmation-email !!!!
