Authors notification: around March 15th
Camera ready, registration and payment has to be all done by April 10th – no exceptions

The PDF-File of our 2024 full proceedings will be ONLINE a couple weeks before the conference –
link will be published and sent to all authors.
PRINTED proceedings need to be paid for, 60€/each, on the payment page.
In order to have them available at the conference desk, please state your ordered number at the end of the registration page.

IMPORTANT DATES:
Submission of Full-Length Papers (7 -10 pages):	18th February 2024
Notification of Paper Acceptance:	around !!! 15th March 2024
Submission of camera ready Paper and payment:	FINAL  10th April 2024
Conference dates in Cracow:	04th–07th June 2024

Registration Fees
ALL FEES need to be paid by April 10th, 2024

For a subsequent attending Author of an accepted paper with one already registered Author	375€ for each additional Author of an accepted paper
Paper size exceeding 7 pages	40€ for each additional page over 7
Exhibition	500€
